About the Opportunity
Are you a bilingual IT support professional who enjoys solving problems and creating a great experience for the people you support? This opportunity is ideal for someone who combines hands-on technical troubleshooting with strong customer service and can confidently communicate in both French and English.
Working in an office-based Tech Bar environment within a large organization, you’ll provide deskside and remote support across laptops, desktops, Microsoft 365, business applications and related technology. You’ll interact with employees at all levels while partnering with internal IT teams and vendors to keep technology running smoothly.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll provide professional technical support to users in both French and English.
• You’ll troubleshoot Windows desktops and laptops, Microsoft 365 applications, hardware, software and peripherals.
• You’ll respond to support tickets and in-person requests, tracking issues through timely resolution.
• You’ll troubleshoot Outlook and Exchange, including permissions, calendars, email rules and mailbox management.
• You’ll work within Active Directory environments and support common user and access issues.
• You’ll maintain accurate asset inventories, equipment records and technical documentation.
• You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on break/fix issues, upgrades and maintenance.
Skills and Qualifications
• 2+ years of deskside or desktop support experience, with 2–4 years preferred.
• Fluency in French and English, with strong written and spoken communication skills in both languages, is required.
• Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting Windows computers in an Active Directory environment.
• Strong Microsoft 365 and Office troubleshooting skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Experience troubleshooting Outlook/Exchange and web-based applications.
• Working knowledge of LAN/WAN hardware, with familiarity with ServiceNow strongly preferred.
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, documentation and multitasking skills.
