Location: 2 Residential properties, 1 in Downtown Vancouver, 1 in North Vancouver 
Language: Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Background Check Requirement: 2 professional references and a criminal record background check 
Role Type: Permanent Full time, Monday-Friday with occasional on call requirements

Your Responsibilities
• You'll deliver exceptional service by responding to resident requests professionally and maintaining positive day-to-day relationships.
• You'll maintain the property's exterior, parking areas, landscaping, amenities, and common spaces through regular cleaning, inspections, and preventative maintenance.
• You'll support seasonal operations including snow and ice removal, irrigation monitoring, waste management, and landscape upkeep.
• You'll coordinate with contractors and vendors, assist with suite turnovers, complete work orders, and conduct vacant suite inspections.
• You'll maintain accurate maintenance records, update work orders in Yardi, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• You'll participate in an on-call rotation to respond to after-hours maintenance and emergency situations as required.

Skills and Qualifications
• 1+ years of experience in property maintenance, with experience in residential property management or hospitality considered an asset.
• High school diploma, along with current OHSA, WHMIS, and First Aid certifications.
• Working knowledge of building systems, general maintenance practices, and health and safety requirements.
• Experience using Yardi or similar property management software, along with comfort using mobile applications and handheld devices.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
• Ability to prioritize competing demands, work independently, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work day and evening schedules, participate in on-call rotations, and respond to emergency situations.
