About the Opportunity
We’re seeking a Manager, Marketing Planning & Operations to join a mission-driven healthcare organization for an initial 3-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized marketing operations professional who enjoys bringing structure to complex workflows, connecting teams and helping great work move forward efficiently.
Working closely with marketing, creative and cross-functional stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in supporting the rollout and ongoing operation of a new marketing workflow management process and platform. You’ll help teams navigate priorities, timelines and dependencies while strengthening processes, governance and collaboration across the marketing function.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll coordinate and administer marketing workflow processes, including intake, prioritization, scheduling and project tracking.
• You’ll support the implementation and ongoing operation of Monday.com as the team’s workflow management platform.
• You’ll partner with marketing, creative and cross-functional stakeholders to keep projects moving through established workflows.
• You’ll monitor timelines, dependencies, workload capacity and project status, proactively identifying risks or bottlenecks.
• You’ll support process adoption, governance, reporting and continuous improvement across the marketing function.
• You’ll guide users through workflow processes and help resolve operational issues as they arise.
• You’ll help create a consistent, organized approach to managing competing priorities and deadlines.
Skills and Qualifications
• 6+ years of related experience, including progressive program, project, workflow or marketing operations experience.
• Experience supporting marketing, creative, communications or business operations teams.
• Hands-on experience with Monday.com or comparable platforms such as Workfront, Asana, Wrike, Smartsheet or Jira.
• Strong project management, planning and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities.
• Experience with process implementation, operational governance, change management or continuous improvement.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and written and verbal communication skills.
