Your Responsibilities
• You'll lead the operational stability, performance, and ongoing support of IBM iSeries, AS/400, MBA, SOAD, and related business applications.
• You'll oversee manufacturer onboarding initiatives, coordinating integrations, testing, business readiness, and production deployments across multiple stakeholders.
• You'll manage application roadmaps, backlog prioritization, capacity planning, release management, and technical debt reduction.
• You'll ensure compliance with IT General Controls, SOX requirements, access governance, vulnerability management, and audit readiness.
• You'll provide leadership during production incidents, drive root cause resolution, and implement continuous service improvements.
• You'll manage a team of IT professionals and vendor partners while fostering collaboration, accountability, and employee development.
• You'll work closely with business leaders to align application strategy with organizational goals and service delivery objectives.
Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience supporting AS/400 systems, application development, ERP solutions, or pharmaceutical distribution platforms.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience, including coaching, performance management, and team development.
• Strong knowledge of distribution, enterprise warehousing, invoicing, or financial systems.
• Experience with application lifecycle management, systems implementation, workflow optimization, and service management.
• Solid understanding of IT General Controls, SOX compliance, incident, problem, and change management practices.
• Demonstrated project leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex environment.
• Mandatory bilingual communication skills in both English and French, written and spoken.
