About the Opportunity
We're recruiting for a highly visible Strategy & Operations Partner opportunity supporting a senior technology executive within a large enterprise organization. Acting as a trusted strategic partner, you'll help strengthen the executive operating model by improving governance, executive decision-making, organizational alignment, and the execution of enterprise priorities.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing clarity to ambiguity, influencing without authority, and working across complex technology organizations. You'll collaborate with senior leaders across technology, PMO, compliance, architecture, vendor management, operational excellence, finance, HR, and transformation to improve how work gets done and ensure leadership stays focused on the highest-value priorities.

Your Responsibilities
• You'll design and manage executive operating cadences, including leadership meetings, governance forums, QBRs, and executive decision routines.
• You'll translate strategic priorities and organizational objectives into actionable execution plans, dashboards, and accountability mechanisms.
• You'll prepare executive-ready briefings, leadership updates, presentation materials, board inputs, and strategic communications.
• You'll drive governance by maintaining decision logs, action trackers, issue registers, and executive dashboards.
• You'll identify organizational friction, improve operating models, clarify decision rights, and facilitate alignment across leadership teams.
• You'll lead high-priority cross-functional initiatives and special projects on behalf of executive leadership.
Skills and Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Chief of Staff, Business Operations, Technology Transformation, Governance, PMO, Management Consulting, or Operational Excellence.
• Demonstrated success partnering directly with senior executives in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong experience developing executive operating cadences, governance processes, dashboards, decision logs, and accountability frameworks.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce concise, executive-ready materials.
• Proven ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations, risks, decisions, and next steps.
• Strong stakeholder management, executive presence, and the ability to influence across matrixed organizations without direct authority.
• Experience supporting enterprise technology organizations, digital transformation, governance, compliance, architecture, vendor management, or M&A activities is considered a strong asset.
