About the Opportunity
Join a large organization undergoing an enterprise-wide HR digital transformation, where Dayforce is a key strategic platform supporting employees and leaders across the business. As a Dayforce HRIS Consultant / Business Systems Analyst, you’ll bring hands-on technical expertise to strengthen system configuration, reporting, and alignment between business needs and HR technology.
Your primary focus will be leading the implementation of Dayforce Document Management and supporting the migration of employee records from SharePoint. You’ll also work closely with project leadership, HR stakeholders, and an existing HRIS Analyst, sharing your expertise and helping build stronger internal Dayforce capabilities.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll lead the implementation and configuration of the Dayforce Document Management module, including migrating employee documentation from SharePoint
• You’ll configure, enhance, and administer Dayforce across Time & Attendance, Payroll, Recruiting, Learning, and Performance Management
• You’ll troubleshoot complex issues involving configuration, integrations, workflows, security, and system administration
• You’ll gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into practical system solutions and process improvements
• You’ll develop custom reports and support executive-level reporting requirements
• You’ll mentor the existing HRIS Analyst and HR team through training, knowledge transfer, and Dayforce administration best practices
• You’ll support system optimization and early requirements analysis for future Dayforce AI initiatives, particularly within Recruiting
Skills and Qualifications
• 6+ years of direct Dayforce experience in HRIS consulting, implementation, or system administration
• Recent hands-on experience configuring, enhancing, and troubleshooting Dayforce modules
• Proven experience leading or supporting Dayforce implementations, with Document Management experience considered a strong asset
• Experience migrating HR records from SharePoint or a similar document repository
• Strong Business Systems Analyst skills, including requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design
• Experience developing custom Dayforce reports and supporting executive reporting needs
• Strong communication, stakeholder collaboration, and knowledge transfer skills, with experience in HR digital transformation, process optimization, mentoring, or AI-enabled HR solutions considered an asset
