You'll maintain accurate financial records through timely data entry, coding, filing, and quality assurance of accounting information.
You'll process invoices, payments, purchase orders, requisitions, and cash receipts while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
You'll reconcile accounts, investigate discrepancies, and assist in resolving payment and billing issues.
You'll respond to inquiries related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting with professionalism and excellent customer service.
You'll prepare routine financial reports and support project accounting and other finance initiatives as required.
You'll help monitor outstanding invoices, reconcile deposits, and support daily revenue reporting activities.
1+ years of experience in a finance or accounting environment.
College diploma in Business, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Working knowledge of accounting software and financial record-keeping practices.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, including advanced Microsoft Excel, along with experience using collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, WebEx, and SharePoint.
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and analytical problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide responsive, professional customer service.
Ability to prioritize competing deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
