We are seeking a Community Administrator to join a growing residential property management team where you'll play an integral role in supporting residents, coordinating daily operations, and helping foster a welcoming, well-managed community.

Working closely with residents, internal teams, and service providers, you'll be the trusted point of contact for a variety of administrative and operational needs. Your Responsibilities
• You'll serve as the primary point of contact for residents, responding to inquiries, service requests, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• You'll coordinate resident communications, including notices, newsletters, maintenance updates, rent-related correspondence, and community announcements.
• You'll manage tenant records, process payments and deposits, maintain account balances, perform parking and locker reconciliations, and ensure documentation remains accurate within the property management system.
• You'll support Landlord and Tenant Board administrative processes by preparing documentation, tracking applications, updating tenant accounts, and coordinating follow-up activities with internal stakeholders.
• You'll assist with lease administration, including lease entries, renewals, transfers, move-ins, move-outs, and resident retention initiatives.
• You'll collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and service providers while supporting daily property operations and continuous improvements that enhance the resident experience.

Skills and Qualifications
• Previous experience in property management, residential administration, leasing, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach.
• Proven attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using property management software, with Yardi and/or HOPEM considered a strong asset.
