This is an excellent opportunity for a business-focused project leader who excels at building relationships, navigating complex stakeholder environments, and driving strategic initiatives from concept through execution. Beyond the primary initiative, you'll also have the opportunity to support additional finance-related projects as business priorities evolve.

• Play a key role in shaping future business processes and technology solutions.
Your Responsibilities

• You'll develop the implementation roadmap, project governance framework, budget, resource plan, and execution strategy for the selected solution.
• You'll build trusted relationships with business leaders, IT teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• You'll facilitate steering committee meetings, executive presentations, and project updates while proactively managing risks, issues, and project dependencies.
• You'll oversee vendor engagement, challenge recommendations where appropriate, and ensure solutions align with business objectives and organizational priorities.
• You'll support additional finance-related initiatives as project priorities evolve, balancing multiple workstreams while maintaining successful delivery.

• Demonstrated experience managing software selection initiatives, including requirements gathering, RFP development, vendor evaluations, and enterprise application implementations.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with business leaders, vendors, steering committees, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and project planning skills with experience managing budgets, governance, timelines, risks, and competing priorities.
