Your Responsibilities
• You'll provide day-to-day administrative and reception support to ensure smooth office operations.
• You'll prepare and distribute resident billing, including accommodation fees, uninsured services, and related documentation.
• You'll manage office correspondence, maintain filing systems, coordinate supplies, and prepare professional documents.
• You'll maintain membership dues, subscriptions, distribution lists, and support communication with residents, families, vendors, and external partners.
• You'll assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, including invoice processing and resident account administration.
• You'll provide payroll administration support using Dayforce and assist with employee documentation as needed.
• You'll use systems such as PointClickCare, or quickly learn new software, to support daily operations.
Skills and Qualifications
• Previous administrative, office coordination, or reception experience, recent graduates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with a professional and welcoming approach.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with Dayforce or PointClickCare is considered an asset but is not required.
• High attention to detail with experience handling confidential information.
• Experience supporting billing, accounts payable/receivable, or payroll is an asset but not essential.
