Location: Mississauga (Hybrid)
Duration: Contract

Join a High-Impact Enterprise Transformation

Our client is looking for an experienced Testing Coordinator to support a large-scale ServiceNow Integrated Success Program. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in coordinating end-to-end testing activities that support enterprise digital transformation initiatives.

Working alongside Program Managers, business stakeholders, technical teams, and ServiceNow specialists, you'll help ensure testing is well planned, executed, tracked, and delivered successfully. If you're passionate about project coordination, quality delivery, and working with cross-functional teams, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a strategic transformation program.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinate testing activities across multiple phases, including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Partner with Program Managers and project teams to develop and maintain testing plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and readiness checkpoints.
  • Coordinate testing resources, environments, test data, and participant availability to ensure successful execution.
  • Monitor testing progress, track completion, and proactively follow up on outstanding activities to keep testing on schedule.
  • Coordinate testing meetings, defect triage sessions, working groups, and readiness reviews.
  • Track defects, testing risks, blockers, dependencies, and retesting activities while ensuring timely resolution.
  • Escalate testing issues, delays, and risks to program leadership with clear recommendations and impact assessments.
  • Prepare testing dashboards, status reports, governance updates, and executive-ready communications.
  • Maintain testing documentation, including test plans, defect logs, decision records, meeting notes, test trackers, and sign-off documentation.
  • Support go/no-go decision making by providing accurate testing metrics and readiness reporting.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience coordinating testing activities for enterprise technology implementations, system integrations, or large-scale transformation programs.
  • Strong understanding of the software testing lifecycle, including test planning, execution, defect management, retesting, and sign-off.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional business and technical teams while managing competing priorities and project dependencies.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple testing workstreams simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing executive-level status updates and testing reports.
  • Ability to identify risks, manage follow-ups, and ensure testing activities remain aligned with project timelines.

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting ServiceNow implementations or enterprise platform deployments.
  • Familiarity with test management, defect tracking, project management, and collaboration tools within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
  • Experience supporting Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Exposure to enterprise governance, release management, and change readiness activities.

Why You'll Love This Opportunity

  • Join a strategic enterprise transformation program leveraging ServiceNow to modernize service delivery.
  • Work closely with experienced project leaders, business stakeholders, and technical teams on high-impact initiatives.
  • Play a key role in ensuring successful project delivery through effective testing coordination and governance.
  • Gain exposure to enterprise-scale digital transformation, cross-functional collaboration, and modern ServiceNow delivery practices.
  • Be part of a collaborative environment where your organization, communication, and coordination skills directly contribute to project success.
