Your Responsibilities

• You'll lead the end-to-end delivery of the AI Ops Automation workstream, ensuring projects remain on scope, on schedule, and aligned with business objectives.
• You'll coordinate Agile delivery activities including discovery, requirements gathering, backlog management, sprint planning, testing, release readiness, deployment, and hypercare.
• You'll partner with product owners, ServiceNow specialists, and technical teams to prioritize automation initiatives and support successful sprint execution.
• You'll facilitate stakeholder meetings, governance sessions, dependency reviews, and cross-functional planning activities to maintain project momentum.
• You'll proactively manage project schedules, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and resource planning while providing executive-ready reporting and communications.
• You'll support the successful delivery of ServiceNow AI capabilities, including Now Assist, ITSM automation, IT Operations (ITOM) use cases, service desk automation, and workflow automation.

Skills and Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive project management experience delivering enterprise-scale IT initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience successfully leading multiple ServiceNow implementation or transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog management, dependency tracking, and release planning.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, vendors, stakeholders, project risks, and complex delivery dependencies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting project updates, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Experience with AI-enabled ServiceNow capabilities such as Now Assist is considered an asset.
• Familiarity with Planview, Jira, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint is preferred. PMP, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent certifications, along with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Management, or equivalent experience, are considered strong assets.
