Your Responsibilities
• You'll support the design, implementation, maintenance, and operation of enterprise system solutions.
• You'll assist with application, service, and integration development while following established Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) practices.
• You'll coordinate testing activities, investigate system issues, and support timely defect resolution.
• You'll create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture, operational, and support documentation.
• You'll collaborate with internal technical teams and external vendors to support system delivery, upgrades, and ongoing operations.
• You'll monitor system performance, support production environments, and participate in operational support activities, including after-hours support when required.
• You'll identify opportunities to improve operational processes through automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications
• 0 to 3 years of experience supporting enterprise systems, applications, or infrastructure environments.
• Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems, networking concepts, SSL certificates, and server technologies.
• Familiarity with automation and configuration management tools such as Ansible, Jenkins, SCCM, MECM, Intune, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of VMware, Java, TCP/IP networking, containerization, source code repositories, and cloud technologies.
• Experience with application support, troubleshooting, patch management, ticket management, or production support is considered an asset.
• Knowledge of ITIL Service Management, operational monitoring tools, and highly available production environments is an asset.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
