Your Responsibilities
• You'll lead marketing and brand projects from initial briefing through final delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are achieved.
• You'll build trusted relationships with stakeholders across creative, marketing, and cross-functional teams to align priorities and expectations.
• You'll oversee project plans, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation while proactively identifying and resolving risks.
• You'll facilitate collaboration between creative teams, project owners, and leadership to keep projects moving efficiently.
• You'll contribute to the evolution of project management processes, templates, and operational best practices.
• You'll support resource planning and workflow optimization to improve project delivery across multiple initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of progressive marketing project management experience, supported by post-secondary education in Project Management or a related field.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Experience managing creative marketing projects, ideally within an agency or consumer brand environment.
• Advanced proficiency with project management platforms such as Smartsheet, Monday.com, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of print, digital, video, and creative production workflows.
• Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and drive continuous process improvement.
