Join a collaborative team where initiative, accountability, and continuous improvement are valued. You'll gain exposure to executive decision-making, contribute to business-wide initiatives, and work in an environment that encourages ownership, professional growth, and innovation.
Your Responsibilities
• You'll manage complex executive calendars, meetings, correspondence, and follow-up on key priorities to keep leadership organized and focused.
• You'll coordinate frequent domestic, U.S., and occasional international travel, ensuring seamless travel logistics and itinerary management.
• You'll support operational coordination across teams, tracking priorities and helping ensure projects and deliverables remain on schedule.
• You'll serve as a trusted execution partner to leadership, helping implement priorities and maintain momentum across multiple initiatives.
• You'll maintain internal systems, documentation, workflows, and naming conventions to ensure consistency across teams and locations.
• You'll support the rollout and adoption of operational processes and systems that improve collaboration and business efficiency.
• You'll provide hands-on operational support during business travel, including on-site coordination and process reinforcement.

• 5+ years of progressive experience as an Executive Assistant or in a comparable executive support role.
• Experience supporting operations, project coordination, or cross-functional business environments.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently within Canada, the United States, and occasionally internationally.
• Strong judgment, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
