Your Responsibilities
• You'll respond to inbound and outbound customer calls and emails, delivering professional and timely service.
• You'll assist customers with payment arrangements, banking information updates, insurance changes, and general account inquiries.
• You'll resolve customer concerns with empathy while identifying effective solutions.
• You'll complete onboarding calls, ensuring new customers receive a positive and informative introduction.
• You'll maintain accurate records while providing a consistently high standard of customer service.
Skills and Qualifications
• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call centre or financial services environment
• Bilingual in English and French, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong conflict resolution skills and the ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook, with strong overall technical aptitude
• Previous call centre or financial services experience is considered an asset
• Post-secondary education is considered an asset
• Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check and credit check
