About the Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a network professional to support a large-scale SD-WAN deployment across multiple sites. Working within a technology planning team, you will help coordinate installations, resolve deployment issues, and keep complex project activities moving forward.

You will collaborate closely with a Project Manager, technical subject matter experts, telecommunications providers, field technicians, and internal stakeholders. Your ability to stay organized, communicate clearly, and connect the right people will directly contribute to successful network implementations.

What’s In It for You
You will gain hands-on exposure to a high-impact network transformation project while working with experienced technical and project delivery professionals. This role offers a collaborative environment where your technical knowledge, coordination skills, and ideas will be valued.

You will also have the opportunity to strengthen your experience in SD-WAN deployments, vendor management, Power BI reporting, and multi-site technology implementations.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll support the Project Manager with schedules, deployment milestones, issue tracking, and project coordination.
• You’ll coordinate site surveys, equipment relocations, and installation activities with telecommunications providers and field technicians.
• You’ll confirm installation dates, share technician contact details, and help ensure each site is prepared for deployment.
• You’ll maintain project documentation, including installation master lists, circuit details, schedules, and tracking records.
• You’ll develop and enhance Power BI dashboards to report on project status, risks, and progress.
• You’ll troubleshoot site-specific connectivity and deployment issues, identify root causes, and engage the appropriate teams or vendors.
• You’ll provide regular updates to project leadership and support additional technology planning initiatives as needed.

Skills and Qualifications
• 3–5 years of hands-on network experience, ideally supporting multi-site deployments.
• 3–5 years of intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Office and Power BI.
• Experience coordinating projects, tracking issues, and opening or updating technical records.
• Experience working with major telecommunications providers and field service technicians.
• Strong vendor management and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to travel to various locations across the GTHA for on-site deployment activities.
