Working closely with employees across multiple fleet garage locations, you will play a key role in supporting the transition from paper-based inspection processes to digital workflows. Your technical expertise and approachable support style will help ensure a smooth rollout while contributing to a more efficient and connected workplace.

Your Responsibilities
• You'll provide day-to-day service desk and help desk support for employees throughout the rollout.
• You'll reset passwords, troubleshoot technical issues, and assist users with Windows setup and configuration.
• You'll deploy desktops, laptops, and mobile devices while ensuring employees are ready to use new technology.
• You'll support the implementation of digital technician workflows within the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system.
• You'll assist employees as they transition from paper-based inspection sheets to digital processes across multiple fleet garage locations.
• You'll travel between rollout locations, beginning in Hamilton and expanding to Burnaby and other Lower Mainland sites as implementation progresses.
Skills and Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience providing desktop support, service desk, or help desk services in a Windows environment.
• Experience deploying desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, including user setup and configuration.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently and professionally.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
• Adaptable and confident building positive relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders and personalities.
• Comfortable working within a structured, process-driven public sector environment.
• Must be local to the Lower Mainland and available to travel between project locations as required.
