In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams across cloud services, infrastructure, security, and service management to lead the implementation of a modern Configuration Management Database. Your expertise will directly influence how critical technology assets are managed, supporting reliable, secure, and efficient IT operations.
What’s In It for You

You'll gain exposure to complex cloud environments, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and contribute to a workplace that values knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and innovation.
Your Responsibilities
• You'll provide technical leadership for the implementation of a cloud-ready ServiceNow CMDB solution from planning through operational transition.
• You'll design and enhance CMDB architecture, including CI class structures, data models, identification and reconciliation rules, and Azure resource mapping.
• You'll configure and support Azure Service Graph Connector, Integration Hub, MID Server, import sets, transform maps, APIs, and automated data ingestion processes.
• You'll validate CMDB data quality, troubleshoot reconciliation issues, implement monitoring, and ensure accurate relationship mapping across cloud resources.
• You'll collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to facilitate workshops, define requirements, resolve implementation risks, and support project delivery.
• You'll produce technical documentation, operational runbooks, governance artifacts, and knowledge transfer materials to ensure long-term platform success.
Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience designing, implementing, configuring, or supporting ServiceNow solutions in enterprise environments.
• University degree or college diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB, ITOM Discovery, Service Mapping, CSDM, IRE, and Service Graph Connectors.
• Proven experience leading ServiceNow CMDB implementations or serving as a technical lead on complex ServiceNow initiatives.
• Strong experience with Azure cloud resources, cloud-to-CMDB integrations, CI data models, import sets, transform maps, Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Server.
• Working knowledge of ITIL Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM), CMDB governance, data quality management, and the full ServiceNow delivery lifecycle.
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS-CMDB, CIS-Discovery, CIS-ITSM, or other related certifications are strongly preferred.
• Experience within regulated, financial, or public sector environments, combined with excellent communication, documentation, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
