Your Responsibilities
• You'll provide executive administrative support to senior HR leadership and assist the broader HR team with daily operations.
• You'll coordinate recruitment activities, including posting opportunities, scheduling interviews, preparing candidate communications, and supporting onboarding.
• You'll maintain accurate and confidential employee records while ensuring compliance with document retention requirements.
• You'll support the administration and integrity of the Human Capital Management system, preferably Dayforce.
• You'll coordinate HR projects, prepare documentation, monitor progress, and produce reports to support informed decision-making.
• You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders to support HR initiatives, training coordination, health and safety activities, and employee programs.
Skills and Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in HR administration or Human Resources coordination.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and practices. CHRP designation, or progress toward one, is considered an asset.
• Working knowledge of Canadian employment legislation, including the Canada Labour Code, Employment Standards Act, Official Languages Act, and Human Rights Act.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Human Capital Management systems, preferably Dayforce.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with professionalism, sound judgment, and discretion.
