Location: Toronto, ON (222 Jarvis Street, 5 days on-site)

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist who is passionate about ensuring enterprise applications meet the highest standards for functionality, accessibility, and performance.

Working within a collaborative Agile environment, you'll partner with developers, business analysts, project managers, and technical leads to deliver reliable web and mobile applications. You'll contribute throughout the software development lifecycle, helping drive quality from planning through implementation while supporting continuous improvement across testing practices.

Your Responsibilities
• You'll develop Test Strategies, Test Plans, detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test data based on business requirements and functional specifications.
• You'll execute system, integration, regression, mobile, user acceptance, accessibility, and performance testing across enterprise web and mobile applications.
• You'll identify, document, triage, and track software defects using HP ALM, Azure DevOps, JIRA, and other defect management tools while working closely with development teams to resolve issues.
• You'll build, execute, and maintain automation suites, analyze automation results, and provide quality reports highlighting bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• You'll perform AODA compliance testing using tools such as JAWS, VoiceOver, and other accessibility technologies to ensure applications meet accessibility standards.
• You'll participate in Agile ceremonies, defect triage meetings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful project delivery and continuous quality improvement.

Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of progressive Quality Assurance experience supporting Agile, Scrum, or DevOps environments with enterprise web and mobile applications across multiple operating systems and platforms.
• Proven experience creating Test Strategies, Test Plans, detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test data by analyzing business requirements (BRDs).
• Extensive hands-on experience performing system, integration, regression, UAT, mobile, and AODA testing using JAWS, VoiceOver, and other accessibility testing tools.
• Strong experience with HP ALM, Azure DevOps, JIRA, and other defect management tools, including defect triage, reporting, and quality metrics.
• Hands-on experience creating and executing automation suites, maintaining automation scripts, and reporting on testing outcomes. Experience with Selenium, UFT, Postman, or similar tools is an asset.
• Experience validating backend data, producing clear documentation, and using reporting tools such as Google Analytics or Crystal Reports is considered an asset.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both business and technical stakeholders.
