About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a well-established organization to find a Deskside Support Analyst who will play a key role in delivering responsive, high-quality technical support across the business.
In this role, you'll collaborate with internal IT teams, vendors, and employees at all levels to keep technology running smoothly. From troubleshooting hardware and Microsoft 365 issues to supporting new technology initiatives, you'll be part of a collaborative environment where your technical expertise and customer service skills will be highly valued.

Your Responsibilities
• You'll provide timely deskside and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, and business applications.
• You'll troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, printer, scanner, and peripheral issues using established support methodologies.
• You'll respond to support requests through tickets, phone calls, and email, ensuring issues are tracked through to resolution.
• You'll coordinate with internal teams and external hardware and software vendors to deliver effective break/fix support and system maintenance.
• You'll maintain asset inventories, software licensing records, and desktop support documentation.
• You'll assist with the deployment, evaluation, and implementation of new hardware and software solutions to improve service delivery.
Skills and Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience providing deskside or desktop support services, 2 to 4 years preferred.
• Strong experience supporting Windows desktop environments within Active Directory.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, Exchange, and web-based applications.
• Experience resolving Outlook and Exchange configuration issues, including mailbox management, permissions, calendar sharing, and email rules.
• Working knowledge of LAN/WAN hardware and networking concepts.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar IT service management platforms.
• Excellent communication, customer service, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills with the ability to support employees at all levels.
