We are partnering with a leading enterprise organization to find a Senior Deskside Associate Technician who will serve as a key technical resource, supporting business operations through responsive, hands-on IT support and technical leadership.

Your Responsibilities
• You'll own and manage ServiceNow ticket queues, ensuring incidents and service requests are prioritized, assigned, escalated, and resolved within established service levels.
• You'll serve as the senior escalation point for complex hardware, software, Microsoft 365, network, and endpoint support issues, delivering timely and effective resolutions.
• You'll provide deskside, remote, and onsite technical support for Windows devices, laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, peripherals, and business-critical applications.
• You'll coordinate with Infrastructure, Security, Endpoint Engineering, Asset Management, Service Desk, and external vendors to support break/fix activities, major incidents, technology deployments, and site readiness initiatives.
• You'll create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and end-user guides that promote consistent service delivery.
• You'll mentor junior technicians by sharing technical expertise, reinforcing support standards, and supporting onboarding and knowledge transfer activities.
• You'll provide remote hands support while ensuring compliance with change management, security, and organizational policies.

Skills and Qualifications
• 4+ years of progressive deskside or desktop support experience within an enterprise IT environment, with 4 to 6 years preferred.
• Strong experience supporting Windows endpoints in Active Directory and enterprise endpoint management environments.
• Advanced troubleshooting experience with Microsoft 365, Outlook, Exchange, collaboration tools, and business productivity applications.
• Experience managing ServiceNow or similar enterprise ticketing systems, including queue management, prioritization, documentation, and escalations.
• Working knowledge of LAN/WAN networking concepts and enterprise hardware support.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with end users, senior leaders, vendors, and cross-functional technical teams.
• Proven ability to mentor junior technicians while promoting best practices, documentation standards, and exceptional customer service.
