We're seeking an experienced People Strategy Consultant to lead high-impact HR transformation initiatives for a dynamic, national organization. Reporting to the Vice President, People, you'll work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional partners to deliver strategic initiatives across job architecture, pay equity, talent management, compensation, payroll governance, and succession planning. Your Responsibilities
• You'll lead organization-wide initiatives related to job architecture, job evaluation, job descriptions, and pay equity, partnering with leaders and external consultants to ensure consistency, compliance, and internal equity.
• You'll oversee the redesign of talent management processes, aligning succession planning, talent reviews, and employee development programs with the organization's competency framework and future workforce needs.
• You'll provide strategic guidance on compensation structure reviews, implementation planning, and change management activities to support organizational adoption of revised programs and practices.
• You'll assess payroll governance, process controls, and documentation, identifying opportunities to strengthen compliance, operational efficiency, and risk management.
• You'll partner with business leaders to identify critical roles, develop succession planning frameworks, and support workforce planning initiatives that strengthen organizational resilience.
• You'll develop executive-level dashboards, reports, HR Committee presentations, and strategic recommendations that provide meaningful workforce insights and support informed decision-making.
• You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Legal, and external partners, to support strategic people initiatives and enterprise transformation projects.

Skills and Qualifications
• 10+ years of progressive experience leading strategic Human Resources, organizational effectiveness, compensation, talent management, or business transformation initiatives.
• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Commerce, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Professional designation such as CHRL, CHRE, CCP, CPA, or a related credential is considered an asset.
• Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the following areas: job architecture, job evaluation, pay equity, compensation design, talent management, succession planning, workforce planning, payroll governance, or organizational effectiveness.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide projects, managing multiple stakeholders, and influencing senior leaders through periods of organizational change.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations.
• Strong understanding of workforce planning, labour market trends, HR governance, and the use of people analytics to support business decisions.
