Your Responsibilities
• You'll partner with finance and operations leaders to develop budgets, forecasts, financial models, and long-term business plans.
• You'll analyze financial performance, identify key business drivers, and provide executive-ready reporting and recommendations.
• You'll oversee month-end reporting, inventory accounting, cost accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting for an assigned portfolio.
• You'll strengthen financial controls, support compliance with US GAAP, and help standardize reporting processes across the business.
• You'll collaborate with Shared Service Centres and operational teams to improve reporting, optimize processes, and support informed business decisions.
• You'll contribute to a strong culture of health, safety, and continuous improvement across all areas of the business.
Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of finance or accounting experience in manufacturing or a related industry
• CPA designation is required
• Strong financial planning and analysis experience, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and executive reporting
• Experience with inventory accounting, cost accounting, P&L forecasting, and business partnering
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to work confidently with large, complex datasets, along with experience using SAP and Google Workspace
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, with IFRS experience considered an asset
• Resourceful, collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable influencing stakeholders across the business
