An established post-secondary institution is seeking two Rotation Coordination Specialists to support the delivery of a professional healthcare education program. In this role, you will play an important part in ensuring students are successfully placed in clinical learning environments that support their academic and professional development.
Working closely with students, clinical preceptors, and healthcare partners, you will help coordinate complex placement activities while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and service. Your Responsibilities
• You'll coordinate clinical rotation placements for PharmD students across a variety of practice sites.
• You'll manage student schedules, rotation assignments, and any required changes throughout the placement cycle.
• You'll build strong relationships by liaising with students, preceptors, and external partner organizations.
• You'll monitor compliance requirements, including immunizations, mandatory training, and confidentiality documentation.
• You'll track placement capacity, identify scheduling gaps, and support effective resource planning.
• You'll maintain accurate databases and prepare reports to support operational planning and decision-making.
Skills and Qualifications
• Experience in academic administration, health professions education, or healthcare operations.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder relationship management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency using scheduling systems, spreadsheets, and database management tools.
• Fluent written and spoken English and French.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
