• You'll coordinate release management activities, patching cycles, and change management processes, including Change Requests (CRQs).
• You'll partner with technical teams to support incident management, service operations, and infrastructure delivery across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
• You'll engage with business partners, technical stakeholders, and senior leadership to provide project updates, facilitate decisions, and resolve issues.
• You'll identify, assess, and mitigate project and operational risks while maintaining comprehensive project documentation and reporting.
• You'll support ongoing knowledge transfer through documentation, working sessions, and regular collaboration to ensure operational continuity.
Skills and Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously in fast-paced enterprise environments.
• Strong experience with release management, patching cycles, change management, and IT service operations.
• Experience supporting incident, change, and problem management processes, with knowledge of ITIL best practices considered an asset.
• Proven ability to manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and quality throughout the full project lifecycle.
