Your Responsibilities
• You'll provide technical leadership for a multidisciplinary delivery team supporting a strategic enterprise program.
• You'll coordinate architecture, software development, testing, infrastructure, and technology administration activities to ensure successful delivery.
• You'll oversee technical work packages, resource planning, and delivery milestones across matrix teams.
• You'll mentor technical team members while promoting delivery excellence and adherence to organizational standards.
• You'll partner with program leadership and stakeholders to communicate progress, resolve risks, and support strategic decision-making.
• You'll contribute to technology planning, process improvements, and ongoing delivery governance.

Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience delivering complex enterprise technology solutions, with at least 3 years leading teams within a matrix environment.
• Proven experience as a Technical Delivery Lead, Technical Architect, Senior Consultant, or similar leadership role.
• Strong background in Business Intelligence architecture, ETL, enterprise data platforms, and data storage technologies.
• Hands-on experience working within AWS environments, including services such as S3, Lambda, IAM, Glue, Airflow, EMR, with Redshift and Lake Formation considered assets.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery, IT service management, and enterprise project delivery practices.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence technical and business teams.
• Experience with Python, Spark, Qlik, or health informatics is considered an asset.
