This role isn't about filling today's jobs. It's about building tomorrow's talent community.

As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring Altis Recruitment always has a strong pipeline of exceptional people ready for current and future opportunities. You'll build relationships at scale, create engaged talent communities, represent our brand in the market, and help our recruiters move faster by developing future-ready candidate pipelines before hiring demand exists.

Every conversation matters. Every connection has the potential to become someone's next career move. If you love meeting people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy uncovering hidden talent before anyone else, this could be the role for you.

Who We Are

You’ll join a people-first organization that believes in flexibility, learning, and career growth. This is a workplace that values mentorship, open collaboration, and celebrating individual contributions. Our team balances high standards with trust and flexibility, offering space to think deeply and contribute meaningfully. You’ll have access to tools, resources, and networks that help you elevate your career while delivering meaningful results.

Who You Are

You're energized by people and never shy away from starting a conversation. Whether you're reaching out on LinkedIn, attending a networking event, reconnecting with someone you've spoken to before, or making outbound calls, you genuinely enjoy building relationships.

You thrive in fast-paced environments where priorities shift quickly and no two days are the same. High-volume outreach doesn't overwhelm you. It motivates you. You know every interaction is an opportunity to grow our talent community, even if there isn't an immediate role available.

You're naturally curious and love uncovering hidden talent. You enjoy researching markets, identifying trends, and finding exceptional people before anyone else does. You're organized enough to manage hundreds of candidate relationships while ensuring every interaction leaves people with a positive impression of Altis.

Most importantly, you're a brand ambassador. Every call, message, event, and conversation is an opportunity to showcase who we are and why talented people should want to work with Altis.

Whether your background is in recruitment, hospitality, sales, customer service, or another relationship-driven environment, you're confident engaging new people, asking thoughtful questions, and creating meaningful connections.

About the Role

As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you'll play a key role in building Altis Recruitment's future talent bench. You'll proactively identify, engage, and build relationships with exceptional talent, creating strong pipelines for both current and future opportunities.

Working closely with our recruitment team, you'll help ensure we're always one step ahead by connecting with great people before positions even become available. Every conversation is an opportunity to strengthen our talent community and showcase the Altis brand.
