• You'll introduce secure AI-assisted engineering practices, protecting proprietary information while enabling responsible innovation.
• You'll provide technical leadership through architecture reviews, mentoring, documentation, engineering standards, and collaboration across distributed development teams.
• You'll partner with product leadership to translate priorities into scalable technical solutions and future platform roadmaps.

• Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Azure, GitHub Actions, Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and/or Bicep, and modern CI/CD practices.
• Strong knowledge of Azure security, Entra ID, identity and access management, networking, secrets management, and secure software delivery.
• Experience implementing monitoring, logging, observability, incident response, disaster recovery, and operational excellence frameworks.
• Professional experience supporting AI-enabled applications and implementing responsible AI engineering practices.
• Proficiency with PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar automation languages.
• Excellent communication, technical leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
