Our client, a leading global financial services organization, is seeking an Associate, FX & Money Markets Sales to join its Global Markets team in Toronto. Your Responsibilities

  • You'll build and strengthen relationships with corporate and institutional clients by understanding their treasury and foreign exchange needs.
  • You'll execute FX and Money Market transactions while working closely with trading, operations, and settlement teams.
  • You'll monitor market developments and economic events, using market insights to support client conversations.
  • You'll collaborate with internal partners, including Corporate Banking, Compliance, Legal, and Operations, to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • You'll help identify opportunities to deepen existing client relationships through proactive communication and product knowledge.
  • You'll maintain a high standard of regulatory compliance and operational accuracy in all client interactions.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in financial services, capital markets, treasury, banking, or a related environment.
  • Post-secondary education in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Knowledge of Foreign Exchange, Money Markets, Fixed Income products, or treasury solutions.
  • Understanding of Canadian banking and regulatory requirements is an asset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel. Experience with VBA, SQL, or other coding languages is an asset.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
