Your Responsibilities

• You'll provide technical leadership to multidisciplinary delivery teams, ensuring successful execution of complex technology initiatives from solution design through production release.

• You'll collaborate with enterprise architects and business stakeholders to translate long-term technology roadmaps into practical delivery plans.

• You'll oversee solution validation, technical governance, release readiness, and quality assurance to ensure business objectives are achieved.

• You'll lead discussions with vendors and service providers, managing technical expectations, delivery performance, and ongoing partnerships.

• You'll identify technical risks, resolve complex delivery challenges, and provide guidance throughout application lifecycle management.

• You'll champion cloud transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless migration of on-premises applications to modern cloud platforms.

Skills and Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading complex enterprise technology initiatives within large organizations.

• 10+ years of experience migrating on-premises applications to cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.

• Proven experience leading technical discussions with vendors, service providers, and executive stakeholders.

• Strong knowledge of Azure architecture, enterprise application delivery, integration strategies, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.

• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, application lifecycle management, release management, and enterprise solution validation.

• Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification is required. TOGAF certification is strongly preferred. PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, Agile, or Scrum certifications are considered assets.

• Excellent leadership, communication, relationship management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with experience leading large virtual teams.
