Join a collaborative team supporting large-scale technology and operational initiatives within a well-established organization in the gaming and entertainment sector. As a Technical Training Analyst, you'll play an important role in ensuring employees, service providers, and project teams are equipped with the knowledge and tools they need to successfully adopt new systems and processes.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys blending instructional design, technical writing, learning administration, and stakeholder collaboration. You'll work alongside project teams and subject matter experts to create engaging learning experiences that support business readiness and successful project delivery.

Your Responsibilities
• You'll develop and maintain technical and non-technical training materials, including eLearning modules, user guides, job aids, presentations, and communications.
• You'll create and update engaging online learning content using Articulate and other instructional design tools.
• You'll support learning administration activities within SuccessFactors or a similar Learning Management System, including course setup, learning records, and user support.
• You'll collaborate with project teams, stakeholders, vendors, and subject matter experts to gather requirements, validate content, and support organizational readiness.
• You'll manage training documentation, version-controlled files, and learning assets within SharePoint and other approved repositories.
• You'll review, edit, and quality-check training materials while tracking project deliverables, risks, and readiness activities.
Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in technical training, instructional design, learning development, learning administration, or a similar role.
• Degree, diploma, certificate, or equivalent experience in adult education, instructional design, business, technology, communications, or a related discipline.
• Experience creating eLearning content using Articulate or similar authoring tools.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and collaboration tools. Experience using Microsoft Copilot or other AI tools is considered an asset.
• Experience administering SuccessFactors or a comparable Learning Management System.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Acrobat Professional, or similar content development tools.
• Excellent technical writing, documentation, stakeholder engagement, organization, and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities independently. Experience within gaming, casino operations, project delivery, or organizational change is considered an asset.
