Join a large, technology-enabled organization as a Project Analyst supporting a high-profile transformation initiative focused on strengthening partnerships with service providers and delivering an enhanced customer program. In this role, you will help ensure operational teams are prepared, informed, and ready for change while contributing to a seamless implementation experience.

Working alongside project leaders, operational stakeholders, vendors, and service providers, you will play a key role in coordinating project activities, supporting engagement initiatives, and maintaining accurate project documentation. Your Responsibilities
• You'll coordinate project activities, supporting Project Managers, Program Managers, vendors, agile teams, and service providers to keep initiatives on track.
• You'll facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, governance sessions, and engagement activities, while preparing agendas, documenting outcomes, and tracking action items.
• You'll develop and maintain project documentation including project charters, communication plans, roadmaps, status reports, dashboards, risk registers, budgets, and forecasts.
• You'll analyze project information, prepare reporting on timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, financials, and readiness activities for a variety of audiences.
• You'll support change management, training coordination, operational readiness, communications, and go-live activities to drive successful adoption.
• You'll administer project collaboration tools including SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and related platforms while supporting governance, compliance, and quality assurance activities.

Skills and Qualifications
• 3 to 5 years of recent experience in a project-oriented role within a technical or technology-enabled environment
• Degree or diploma in business, technology, project management, or a related discipline, with additional professional training considered an asset
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, project lifecycles, governance processes, and delivery best practices
• Experience using Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and related project collaboration tools
• Excellent organizational, analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience engaging diverse stakeholder groups and facilitating productive discussions
• Knowledge of change management, training coordination, communications planning, and operational readiness. Project Management certification and experience within gaming, retail, or large-scale transformation programs are considered assets.
