As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will work closely with senior leaders across Corporate Development, Finance, Legal, and other head office teams to deliver outstanding hiring outcomes. You'll act as a trusted advisor, influence talent decisions, and help build the leadership teams that drive long-term business growth in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Your Responsibilities
• You'll lead full-cycle recruitment for Corporate Development, M&A, Finance, Legal, Sales, and Marketing roles, including senior leadership and executive searches
• You'll build and nurture strong talent pipelines through proactive networking and strategic sourcing
• You'll partner with VP and C-suite stakeholders, providing market insights, setting hiring expectations, and influencing talent decisions
• You'll leverage recruitment metrics to monitor pipeline health, evaluate search progress, and improve hiring outcomes
• You'll enhance recruitment processes, champion ATS best practices, and support the ongoing development of the talent acquisition function
• You'll share industry insights that contribute to broader workforce planning and talent strategy
Skills and Qualifications
• 7+ years of progressive recruitment experience, including at least 5 years of in-house talent acquisition experience
• Experience recruiting for corporate functions such as Finance, Corporate Development, Legal, Sales, or Marketing, M&A recruitment experience is considered an asset
• Demonstrated success building long-term candidate relationships through proactive sourcing and networking
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills, including experience advising senior leaders
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using ATS platforms, recruitment technology, and hiring metrics
• Resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with competing priorities
• Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively across People, Finance, and business teams
