About the Opportunity
Are you an experienced Project Manager who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments where collaboration and governance drive meaningful outcomes? This is an opportunity to support two high-profile initiatives focused on strengthening policy, governance, and strategic delivery within a respected public sector organization.

Working alongside senior leaders, policy experts, researchers, and operational teams, you'll play a key role in bringing structure to complex projects, fostering alignment across diverse stakeholders, and ensuring critical initiatives move forward with confidence. If you enjoy creating clarity, building relationships, and driving successful project delivery, this role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact.

What's In It for You
Join a collaborative team where your expertise in project governance and delivery will be highly valued. You'll gain exposure to enterprise-level initiatives, work closely with senior decision-makers, and contribute to projects that influence strategic policy and operational excellence, all within a workplace that values collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Your Responsibilities
• You'll establish and maintain governance frameworks, reporting processes, and delivery structures for multiple strategic initiatives.
• You'll develop and monitor project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables to support successful execution.
• You'll oversee project scope changes, ensuring updates are documented, reviewed, and managed through established governance processes.
• You'll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align objectives, responsibilities, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
• You'll coordinate senior governance meetings by preparing briefing materials, tracking decisions, monitoring action items, and supporting follow-up activities.
• You'll identify, assess, prioritize, and escalate project risks and issues while recommending practical solutions to keep projects on track.
• You'll strengthen project delivery by improving governance, resolving challenges, and supporting the successful completion of complex, in-flight initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of recent project management experience leading complex, non-IT projects.
• University degree or college diploma in Policy, Public Administration, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with evolving scope while maintaining project continuity.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, governance best practices, change control processes, and project delivery frameworks.
• Proven experience designing and implementing project governance structures and supporting executive-level governance forums.
• Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior subject matter experts and multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated success identifying and managing project risks, recovering challenged projects, and realigning stakeholders to achieve delivery objectives.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or another recognized Project Management certification is required.
• Active Reliability Security Clearance.
• Bilingual in English and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
