Working closely with the Operations Manager, property management team, contractors, and tenants, you will be a trusted resource for building operations and maintenance. If you enjoy solving problems, building strong relationships, and taking pride in delivering outstanding service, this role offers the opportunity to grow your career in a collaborative and supportive environment.

What’s In It for You
• Join an organization that values collaboration, integrity, and quality in everything it does.
• Work in a people-first culture that supports professional development and long-term career growth.
• Gain exposure to a diverse commercial property portfolio and a variety of building systems.
• Be part of a workplace that recognizes initiative, teamwork, and exceptional customer service.

Your Responsibilities
• You'll oversee the daily operation of commercial building systems, ensuring facilities remain safe, efficient, and well maintained.
• You'll build strong relationships with tenants, responding to inquiries, coordinating work orders, and providing exceptional day-to-day service.
• You'll perform routine and preventative maintenance on HVAC, fire and life safety, security, and other essential building systems.
• You'll coordinate and supervise external service providers, ensuring maintenance contracts are fulfilled and work is completed to a high standard.
• You'll complete minor repairs and general maintenance tasks, including filter changes, painting, grounds maintenance, and seasonal responsibilities such as snow removal.
• You'll support the Operations Manager by obtaining contractor quotations, assisting with operational projects, and participating in an after-hours on-call rotation for emergency building issues.

Skills and Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in commercial building operations, property maintenance, or a related environment.
• Knowledge of HVAC, heating, refrigeration, plumbing, and other building systems.
• Valid Ontario Driver's Licence.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• A proactive, customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional tenant service.

Note from the Hiring Manager
"We're looking for someone who takes pride in maintaining high-quality buildings and enjoys building positive relationships with tenants. If you're dependable, hands-on, and motivated to make a difference every day, we'd love to have you on our team."
