This is an exciting opportunity to lead high-impact, technology-enabled business transformation initiatives within a large, enterprise-wide program supporting modernization efforts in the public insurance sector. You will play a key role in delivering strategic initiatives that improve operations, strengthen service delivery, and create meaningful business outcomes.

Working in a collaborative, matrix environment, you will partner with business leaders, technology teams, change practitioners, and operational stakeholders to drive projects from planning through implementation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex initiatives while building strong relationships across diverse teams.

What’s In It for You
• Join a collaborative team delivering large-scale transformation initiatives with meaningful organizational impact.
• Gain exposure to senior leadership while working across business, technology, and operations.
• Work in an environment that values innovation, continuous improvement, and collaborative problem-solving.
• Contribute to initiatives that improve processes, services, and the overall customer experience.
• Be part of a culture that encourages knowledge sharing, professional growth, and delivery excellence.

Your Responsibilities
• You'll lead end-to-end project delivery, overseeing planning, execution, implementation, and project closeout across multiple workstreams.
• You'll facilitate workshops, design reviews, planning sessions, and governance meetings to drive decisions and maintain stakeholder alignment.
• You'll develop and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, financial forecasts, governance documentation, and executive reporting materials.
• You'll coordinate cross-functional teams including business analysts, SMEs, technology teams, vendors, testers, and change management resources to deliver successful outcomes.
• You'll proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, scope changes, and resource constraints while ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget.
• You'll partner with business, technology, change, and benefits teams to support solution design, implementation, deployment, and transition to operations.
• You'll monitor project quality, maintain audit-ready documentation, and support governance activities that enable informed decision-making.

Skills and Qualifications
• 7+ years of progressive project management experience delivering complex, cross-functional technology-enabled business transformation or modernization initiatives.
• Proven experience managing project plans, financial forecasts, governance documentation, RAID logs, executive reporting, and multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Demonstrated success working within matrix organizations while building relationships and influencing stakeholders from operational teams through executive leadership.
• Experience supporting business design, technology implementation, change management, deployment, and go-live activities.
• Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies, SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), and hybrid delivery approaches.
• Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps to manage project delivery, milestones, work items, and cross-team progress.
• Experience within the insurance industry and/or public sector is required, with experience in both considered a strong asset.
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project/program management certification is strongly preferred. Lean, Six Sigma, or Prosci certification is considered an asset.
• Knowledge of claims, workers' compensation, disability management, or insurance operations is an asset, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
