Join a large, enterprise organization undergoing an exciting technology modernization journey. As a Technical EPM Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting Oracle Enterprise Performance Management solutions that enable critical budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes. Your expertise will help ensure financial data is accurate, secure, and seamlessly integrated across enterprise systems.

Working alongside finance, business, and technology teams, you will provide senior-level technical expertise to optimize Oracle EPM and Oracle Fusion solutions. This is an opportunity to contribute to complex transformation initiatives while helping deliver reliable, scalable systems that support informed business decisions.

Your Responsibilities
• You'll provide technical expertise to support Oracle EPM Cloud modules, including Planning, Budgeting, and Financial Consolidation
• You'll configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Oracle Fusion solutions to ensure reliable system performance
• You'll develop and maintain scripts, data loads, integrations, reports, and analytics that support finance operations
• You'll analyze business requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions
• You'll support security configuration, role-based access controls, and system integrity across Oracle Fusion environments
• You'll collaborate with finance and technical stakeholders to resolve issues and support ongoing operational excellence

Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of progressive experience supporting Oracle Fusion or Oracle EPM Cloud solutions within complex enterprise environments
• Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, including Planning, Budgeting, Financial Consolidation, or related modules
• Strong understanding of financial data structures, dimensions, scripting, and data loading processes
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Security, report development, analytics, data extracts, and system configuration
• Experience supporting Oracle Fusion Financials, Human Capital Management (HCM), or Workforce Management Scheduling is considered an asset
• Proven ability to support large-scale technology transformation initiatives while collaborating effectively with technical and business stakeholders
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
