About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Technical HCM Specialist with deep Oracle Fusion expertise to support the ongoing evolution of a large-scale enterprise Human Capital Management platform. This opportunity is ideal for a technical professional who enjoys working behind the scenes to optimize system performance, solve complex challenges, and build scalable solutions that enable HR teams to operate more effectively.

As part of a collaborative technology and business team within a complex healthcare environment, you will provide senior-level technical expertise across Oracle Fusion HCM. From developing custom reports and integrations to resolving technical issues and improving data flows, your work will play a critical role in ensuring the organization's HCM platform remains secure, reliable, and responsive to evolving business needs.

Your Responsibilities
• You'll provide hands-on technical support for Oracle Fusion HCM, ensuring applications remain stable, secure, and optimized for business operations.
• You'll develop and maintain custom reports using BI Publisher, OTBI, and other Oracle reporting tools to support evolving business requirements.
• You'll design, build, and troubleshoot data extracts, Fast Formulas, integrations, APIs, and technical configurations.
• You'll investigate and resolve system defects, data flow issues, and application performance concerns while supporting day-to-day operational activities.
• You'll configure Oracle Fusion Security, role-based access controls, and system settings to maintain compliance and system integrity.
• You'll collaborate with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions and support ongoing system enhancements.

Skills and Qualifications
• 8+ years of progressive experience supporting Oracle Fusion HCM within complex enterprise environments.
• Advanced technical expertise with Oracle Fusion HCM, including BI Publisher, OTBI, Fast Formulas, data extracts, integrations, APIs, and system configuration.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Security, role-based access controls, report development, analytics, and technical troubleshooting.
• Experience developing and supporting custom integrations and resolving complex application and data issues.
• Exposure to Oracle Fusion Financials, EPM, or Workforce Management modules is considered an asset.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively on enterprise transformation initiatives while communicating effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
