Your Responsibilities
• You'll manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates through to interview coordination and selection.
• You'll partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment guidance throughout the process.
• You'll conduct candidate interviews, share feedback, and help deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
• You'll oversee job postings, maintain applicant tracking system records, and ensure recruitment activities align with established policies.
• You'll manage multiple requisitions while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Skills and Qualifications
• 3 to 5 years of progressive full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting within a non-profit or social services organization is considered a strong asset.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
