In this front-line role, you'll be the first point of contact for residents, visitors, contractors and staff, helping ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly while delivering exceptional customer service.

Your Responsibilities
• You'll welcome residents, visitors and contractors, providing professional front-line customer service.
• You'll answer incoming phone calls, take messages and create work orders using Yardi (MIQ).
• You'll manage a centralized email inbox and respond to or redirect inquiries as needed.
• You'll maintain contractor key inventory, ensuring keys are signed in and out accurately.
• You'll assist with resident notices, mailings and other administrative tasks that support daily operations.
Skills and Qualifications
• 1+ years of reception, administrative or customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly approach.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using Yardi or other property management software is considered an asset.
• Previous experience in property management, real estate or a related industry is an asset but not required.
