We are excited to be growing our Professional Services Staffing Division and are seeking a relationship-driven Bilingual Recruitment Partner to join our team on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional who is passionate about building long-term relationships and delivering top-tier talent solutions. In this role, you will focus on developing and nurturing loyal candidate networks while identifying and recruiting qualified entry-to-senior level candidates across a diverse range of industries, including the Private and Broader Public Sector. This role will rely on your instincts to understand our clients’ roles and requirements, and our candidates’ career objectives, qualifications and skills. This position requires strong recruitment skills on the phone, in person, and in written presentation.

Your Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following:
- Building strong relationships with entry-senior skilled job seekers with a focus on bilingual talent
- Sourcing, screening and presenting top qualified candidates
- Posting ads and actively searching for talent in our in-house database and on several online resumes banks
- Conducting a high volume of virtual interviews
- Attending career fairs, networking events and contractor appreciation socials
- Providing consultative advice to candidates on hiring processes, compensation, termination, and other HR topics
- Updating candidate files with a goal to locate and place available candidates, generate leads, and contribute to candidate-marketing activities
- Completing reference checks and verifying credentials as required
- Anticipating hiring needs by proactively building a pipeline of candidates with high-demand skill sets, ensuring a continuous and efficient recruitment process
- Taking the initiative to identify and generate leads through various channels, including professional networks, candidate interviews/screen calls, social media, and industry events
- Monitoring and analyzing competitor recruitment strategies, identifying best practices and areas for improvement
- Demonstrating a solutions-oriented mindset when faced with recruitment challenges, offering creative and effective solutions
Skills and Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruitment or staffing experience required within the Montreal market
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with bilingualism in French required
- Focused on driving client/candidate success and delivering the ultimate experience
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities quickly
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines
- Natural curiosity about people, their backgrounds and experience
- Passion for creating and fostering new relationships
- You are a driven professional who is self-motivated for achieving and exceeding individual and team goals
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Knowledge of and experience with recruiting practices, candidate process management, behavioural interviewing skills and assessment techniques preferred
- Technical aptitude in the use of business software and Microsoft Office Suite
- College or University education considered a strong asset
