Job Description

Join our client in the insurance industry as a Customer Service Representative! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to be part of a dedicated team on a 2-week contract, with the potential for extension. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your customer service skills in a supportive environment.

Languages available: English
Hours: Must be available Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm EST
Remote anywhere in Canada, must have your own equipment.
Must be available to train on Tuesday, July 21st, 2026 and start right after
Contract - 2 weeks.
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
Note: To be eligible for this role, you must have access to a Windows/PC laptop or desktop. Unfortunately, MacBooks and Chromebooks are not compatible with the client’s systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to Customer Inquiries: Handle incoming calls from customers regarding breaches, providing accurate information and assistance.
  • Issue Resolution: Analyze customer issues and work diligently to resolve them within the required timeframe.
  • Effective Communication: Engage in thoughtful questioning to identify and clarify customer concerns.
  • Reporting: Summarize customer inquiries and escalate to management as needed for further attention.
  • Exceptional Service: Deliver outstanding customer service and meet all deadlines effectively.

Qualifications

  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively over the phone.
  • Customer Focus: A friendly and professional demeanor, paired with excellent active listening skills.
