Job Description

Location: Toronto, ON, Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days remote)

As the Project Coordinator, you will play an essential role in keeping a complex, high-profile project organized, connected, and moving forward.

Working closely with project leadership, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, you will coordinate project activities, maintain critical documentation, and support governance processes that contribute to successful project delivery. Your Responsibilities
• You'll coordinate project schedules, meetings, milestones, and calendars while proactively resolving scheduling conflicts.
• You'll maintain project documentation, governance records, RAID logs, decision logs, and audit trails to support project success.
• You'll administer SharePoint sites, shared mailboxes, and project documentation, ensuring information is organized and accessible.
• You'll support project financial administration by coordinating purchase orders, invoice validation, and procurement-related documentation.
• You'll act as a key liaison between project leadership, workstream leads, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and follow-up.
• You'll monitor action items, provide administrative support, and help keep project activities on track through accurate reporting and documentation.

Skills and Qualifications
• Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in project coordination, project administration, or a similar role supporting cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Experience supporting large-scale transformation or modernization initiatives, including RAID logs, governance documentation, and decision tracking.
• Experience with project financial administration, invoice processing, procurement coordination, shared mailboxes, and project collaboration sites.
