About the Opportunity
Our client in the pension administration sector is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support critical member services and data integrity initiatives. This role will play an important part in maintaining accurate pension records while supporting ongoing system migration activities and day-to-day administrative operations.
Working closely with the pension administration team, you'll help ensure member information is processed accurately and efficiently while delivering timely support to members and internal stakeholders. Your Responsibilities
- You’ll validate and enter beneficiary changes into the pension administration system, ensuring all member information is processed accurately and in accordance with established procedures.
- In this role, you’ll support data cleanup activities.
- You’ll organize and upload documents from the general mailbox into electronic member and pensioner files while following established document naming conventions.
- You’ll respond to routine member inquiries through the mailbox using standardized templates for pension estimates, beneficiary updates, address changes, and related requests.
- You’ll prepare follow-up correspondence related to estates, member terminations, and other administrative processes using approved templates.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative or data entry experience in a professional office environment.
- Demonstrated experience performing high-volume, detail-oriented data entry with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills and experience maintaining electronic records and document management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide professional customer service through email correspondence.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel, with the ability to quickly learn new systems such as pension administration platforms.
