About the Opportunity
Are you someone who takes pride in spotting the details that others might miss? We are supporting a fast-paced organization with a high-volume contract review project and are looking for detail-oriented administrators who enjoy structured, focused work.
In this role, you will play an important part in ensuring contract records are accurate and complete. You'll receive training before getting started and work alongside a collaborative team in a professional environment where accuracy, confidentiality, and reliability are highly valued.

Your Responsibilities
• You'll review 1 to 2-page contracts to ensure they align with established terms and requirements.
• You'll verify that contracts have been properly signed and completed.
• You'll cross-reference contract information against Excel spreadsheets to confirm names and other key details.
• You'll maintain a high level of accuracy while reviewing a large volume of confidential documents.
• You'll follow established processes and communicate any discrepancies to the appropriate team members.
Skills and Qualifications
• Previous administrative or document review experience is an asset.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify inconsistencies.
• Strong English reading, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to understand contractual language.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel to compare and validate information.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Available to start immediately, ideally Monday, with Tuesday starts considered for exceptional candidates.
• Able to commit to the full duration of the assignment with minimal scheduling conflicts.
