An established organization in the energy sector is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of multiple initiatives within a large-scale ERP transformation program. Your Responsibilities
- You'll lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent ERP transformation projects, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, schedule, and quality objectives.
- You'll develop and manage project plans, milestones, risks, issues, communications, financial tracking, and executive reporting.
- You'll facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives while coaching teams on Agile and Scrum best practices.
- You'll collaborate with business sponsors, delivery partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve issues, manage dependencies, and drive project success.
- You'll identify critical paths, implement mitigation strategies, and oversee governance, quality assurance reviews, and project stage gates.
- You'll support organizational change initiatives and ensure successful transition of completed projects into business-as-usual operations.
Skills and Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience delivering complex enterprise-wide ERP and related technology implementations, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- University degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline, along with PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
- 3+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager leading Agile delivery teams.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
- Change Management certification (CCMP or CM2) is considered an asset.
- Demonstrated experience with Agile, Waterfall, and SAFe delivery methodologies in customer-focused environments.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, MES, Supply Chain, and Financial Systems.
- Exposure to Enterprise Architecture and Data Governance is considered an asset.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
