About the Opportunity
Join a large, technology-driven organization as a Lead Cloud Engineer and help shape how teams build, deploy, and operate modern applications. You will play a key role in accelerating cloud adoption, strengthening developer confidence, and creating scalable automation that supports secure, reliable delivery.

Working closely with application developers, cloud engineers, architects, and technology leaders, you will lead complex initiatives across cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, DevOps, and platform engineering. This is an opportunity to influence engineering practices, solve meaningful technical challenges, and build tools that improve the developer experience across the organization.

What’s In It for You
You will join a collaborative cloud engineering team where innovation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement are valued. The role offers exposure to enterprise-scale multi-cloud environments, modern GitOps practices, and emerging platform engineering technologies, with opportunities to mentor others and influence technical direction.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll lead the development of automated CI/CD pipelines for cloud infrastructure and applications.
• In this role, you’ll design, build, and operate an Integrated Developer Platform and developer portal.
• You’ll create reusable cloud-native application blueprints, gated pipeline templates, and build and release automation.
• You’ll strengthen DevOps and GitOps processes using ArgoCD, Kargo, Crossplane, and Kubernetes.
• You’ll develop infrastructure automation using Terraform, Ansible, Python, Helm, and Kustomize.
• You’ll implement observability, security, networking, governance, secrets management, and policy controls.
• You’ll collaborate across engineering and architecture teams to plan resources and deliver scalable solutions.

Skills and Qualifications
• 8+ years of software engineering or infrastructure experience within cloud, PaaS, or DevOps environments.
• 5+ years of full-stack development or site reliability engineering experience.
• Advanced Kubernetes experience, including AKS, GKE, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Artifactory, Argo Workflows, and application deployment.
• Strong experience with Terraform, GitOps, ArgoCD, Kargo, Crossplane, Helm, Kustomize, and infrastructure as code.
• Knowledge of Cilium, Azure CNI, Gateway API, NGINX Ingress, Istio, routing, UDRs, and network policies.
• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, OPA/Gatekeeper, logs, metrics, traces, KeyFactor, ACME, and cert-manager.
• A degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience. Azure, GCP, or Kubernetes certifications are preferred.

Note from the Hiring Manager
“We’re looking for a hands-on technical leader who enjoys building reliable platforms, simplifying the developer experience, and bringing thoughtful new ideas to a collaborative engineering team.”
