Your Responsibilities
• You’ll administer and maintain Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Azure, servers, firewalls, network infrastructure, and cloud services.
• You’ll monitor system performance, implement upgrades, perform backups, and support disaster recovery activities.
• You’ll strengthen IT security through access controls, endpoint protection, VPNs, firewalls, and cloud security best practices.
• You’ll provide advanced technical support for infrastructure, Microsoft services, networking, and end-user devices.
• You’ll collaborate with vendors, recommend infrastructure improvements, and maintain technical documentation, policies, and procedures.
Skills and Qualifications
• 3+ years of progressive experience in systems administration or IT infrastructure support.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Intune, Entra, DHCP/DNS, backup solutions, servers, firewalls, and network switches.
• Experience supporting IT security, PKI infrastructure, Microsoft Purview, and Microsoft Identity Protection.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing, system vulnerabilities, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder support skills.
• Flexibility to provide occasional after-hours support for meetings, conferences, or critical IT issues.
